Within 48 hours of submitting your trip inquiry, we will reach out to you via email to set up a discovery call. In this call, we will learn more about you, your trip, traveling style and preferences for this particular vacation. We will be sure to share more about our collaborative planning process and how we can add value to your trip.
During this call, we will also discuss our planning fee, which will vary depending on the type of trip, number of travelers, and length of travel.
Propose + Personalize
If we are assisting with your flights, we will make sure to secure these first.
During the planning process, we will collaborate closely with you to craft the itinerary proposal. Depending on the type of trip you have in mind, we may begin with hotel options only, or it may include your land itinerary, as a complete package.
When creating a hotel proposal, we propose 2-3 carefully curated hotels in each destination, handpicked to align with your unique criteria. These options take into consideration your preferred hotel style, budget, and specific interests.
Craft + Confirm
We work closely with our in-country partners to create your customized land itinerary which includes: transfers, tours, activities and experiences curated to your interests.
Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll confirm all arrangements with our suppliers and process required deposits in line with your proposal’s Terms and Conditions. This is also when we will discuss and coordinate travel insurance.
Details + Dining
As your departure date draws near, typically 1-2 months in advance, we work in tandem with the in-country team and hotel partners to arrange dining reservations and on-property experiences you may want to take advantage of.
We provide our dining suggestions and connect you with our partners on property to secure these reservations.
If you have a specific event in mind, such as a concert or sports event, please make sure to request this in the initial stages, as these often require advance booking.
Approximately two weeks prior to your trip, we will share your final itinerary and schedule a 30-minute pre-departure call to go over your trip and answer any questions you may have pertaining to the trip (i.e. packing & travel tips, destination information, tipping guides, etc.).
Embark & Enjoy
If permitted, we will check in with you 1-2 days into your trip to make sure everything is going well! Of course, we are here at any point if you need us before then.
Upon your return, we will follow up with you to get your feedback on all the various aspects of your trip, so that we can better get to know you and your travel preferences for future trips, and also have insight for others traveling to the destination.
